Placement Cell and its activities

Swarnamoyee Jogendranath Mahavidyalaya established its Placement Cell a few years ago with the objective of creating employment opportunities, career guidance, and entrepreneurial awareness among students. The Placement Cell continuously strives to build connections with various organizations, industries, entrepreneurs, and companies to facilitate placements and career development opportunities for our students.

As our institution is situated in a remote rural area, access to industries and corporate organizations is relatively limited. This geographical constraint often makes it challenging to establish regular collaborations and secure suitable placement opportunities for students. Despite contacting several organizations, many of the available opportunities have not been fully aligned with the academic background and career aspirations of our students.

Nevertheless, the Placement Cell remains committed to its mission. Continuous efforts are being made to expand our network with reputed organizations, industries, entrepreneurs, and companies. We are optimistic that, through sustained engagement and collaboration, the Placement Cell will be able to achieve its objectives more effectively and provide greater employment and career opportunities for our students in the future.
